Ingredients |
| 4 cups almond slivers |
|
| 1 1/3 Gem cups sugar |
|
| 8 Egg whites |
|
| 1 tsp vanilla extract |
|
| 2 Tbsp butter |
|

Instructions |
| 1. Grind almonds and sugar in a blender. |
|
| 2. Beat egg whites with vanilla; gradually add
to almond and sugar mixture. |
|
| 3. Rub butter on two baking sheets. |
|
| 4. Spoon 1 tbsp of batter for each cookie onto
baking sheet (about 2 inches apart from each other). |
|
| 5. Bake in preheated over at 350 degrees for
about 20 minutes. |
|
| 6. Remove cookies from baking sheet and allow to
cool. |
