Ingredients
1.4kg Plums
1.4kg Gem Jam Sugar
450ml Water
 
     
Instructions
1. Put plums in pan and add water. Bring to the boil, cover and reduce heat.
2. Simmer until tender for about 10-20 minutes.
3. Add Jam Sugar stirring until it has dissolved. Do not boil.
4. Keep stirring, increasing the heat until it starts to boil. Start timing and boil for 4 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and pot into warm jars and cover
