Passionfruit & Orange Sago
1. Combine orange juice, passionfruit pulp, water and sugar in saucepan and bring slowly to simmer stirring constantly.
2. Add the sago and cook stirring constantly until thickened.
3. Continue cooking for 20 minutes, stirring frequently until the sago is translucent.
4. Pour into bowl and allow the sago to cool then chill thoroughly before serving.
