No Cook Chocolate Cake
1. Melt the chocolate, butter and sugar in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Spoon into a 18cm round cake tin lined with greaseproof paper. Leave to set a room temperature until firm.
4. Once cooled and set, remove the cake from tin. Cut into thin slices and serve.
