Mini Chocolate Chip Muffins
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/ , Gas 6. Line a mini muffin tin with mini muffin cases.
2. Cream the butter and sugar together, then slowly add the eggs mixing well.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips combining all ingredients well together.
4. Leave to rest for an hour.
5. Place a spoonful of muffin mixture into each muffin case.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes. Leave to cool in the tin for 5 minutes.
