Mango, Avocado and Chia Prawn Salad

This zesty salad is easy to make as well as being refreshing and delicious!

1. In a bowl combine the mango, avocado, mint, chili and onion, and mix together.

2. Pour half of the lime juice over and mix again.

3. Pour onto a serving dish or salad bowl and place the prawns on top.

4. Pour the rest of the lime juice over the prawns.

5. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chia seeds.

(Note: Serve with a few extra wedges of lime and sprigs of mint.)


  1. 1 ripe Mango, peeled and diced
  2. 1 ripe Avocado, diced (slice in half, take out the stone, go around the edge of each half with a spoon to remove the avocado)
  3. 1 handful of Mint Leaves, chopped
  4. 100g of Cooked Prawns
  5. Juice of 2 Limes
  6. 1/2 a Red Chili, de-seeded and sliced
  7. 1 small Red Onion, diced
  8. 1 tablespoon of Sowan's Chia Seeds
  9. Salt and Pepper to season
