Low-Fat Seafood Chowder
1. Sauté the onions & garlic in butter and add salt as desired. Add seafood and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add all other ingredients, except for milk. Add water to cover all ingredients by 1 inch (about 940ml). Season to taste.
3. Cook on low heat (perfect for slow cooker) for about 6 hours. Let rest for 30 minutes with no heat.
4. Stir in milk and serve.
