Low Sugar Granola
Preheat the oven to 150C degrees. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (oats, shredded coconut, nuts, cinnamon and salt).
Add the wet ingredients (maple syrup and coconut oil) and mix thoroughly until all of the oats look wet.
Transfer the mixture onto your prepared baking sheet, evenly distributing with a wooden spoon so that it bakes evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Once it is removed from the oven, add your chopped dates and allow to cool. Once cooled store in an air-tight container.
