Healthy Brown Bread
Preheat oven to 160°C. Coat a 1lb loaf tin with cooking spray and line the tin with parchment paper.
Combine all dry ingredients together, then combine the buttermilk and egg and add to the dry mixture. Stir until throughly mixed.
Spoon the mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 160°C for 1 hou or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Invert bread onto a wire rack and cool completely.
