Chewy Oatmeal & Coconut Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.
1. Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth.
2. Beat in the eggs and stir in milk and vanilla essence.
3. Combine flour, bread soda and salt. Stir into sugar mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in oats and coconut mixing well.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
6. Bake for 10/12 minutes in preheated oven for a chewy cookie.
7. Cool on a wire rack.
