Method

In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, honey and cinnamon and mix well.

Add the shredded carrot and raisins. Mix well. If you like your salad with a bit of a kick, add some cracked pepper to taste. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours or overnight.

  2. 50g of Gem Raisins
  3. 150g of Plain Greek Yogurt
  4. 2 Tbsp of Low Fat Mayo
  5. 2 Tbsp of Honey
  6. 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
  7. Cracked Pepper
