Blueberry Jam

Blueberry Jam

This yummy jam can be served with warm scones, added to porridge or used as a filler in cakes. It is important to use jam sugar when making jam with blueberries. This is because blueberries are low in natural pectin (fruit sugar) which aids the gelling process. The extra pectin in jam sugar will help your jam set properly.
