Banana and Chocolate Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are an excellent way to fuel your day without having to get up at the crack of dawn. Soaking the oats overnight leaves them deliciously soft and ready to enjoy first thing in the morning or you can bring them on the go.

1. In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients together, except the bananas, until well combined.

2. Divide into 4 portions, cover and place in the fridge overnight.

3. Top with bananas and enjoy. Add some nut butter if you're extra hungry!


  1. 180g of oats
  2. 480ml of milk
  3. 30g raw cacao powder
  4. 85g of honey
  5. 3 tbsp of chia seed
  6. 2 bananas
