1. Use an apple corer to remove the core from the apple.

2. Slice the apple straight across into 0.5cm thick slices. The number of slices you get depends on the apple you use. Aim for four slices.

3. Spread the almond butter across one apple slice and then put another slice on top to make your almond butter and apple sandwich.


  1. 1 large red or green apple
  2. 15g of almond butter per apple sandwich (1 level tablespoon)
